- There are many nearby parking lots which cost around Php40-50; some will require you to leave your car key
- Other nearby establishments are restaurants (President & Mr. Ube), bakeries (Eng Bee Tin & Baker’s Fair), and fruit/vegetable carts where you can buy fresh broccoli, corn, tomatoes, watermelon, etc.

- Quite crowded during peak hours
- Has two floors with two small washrooms but not so clean
- I prefer to eat at the second floor as it is much cooler and I don’t want the food smell sticking to my clothes and hair
- Don’t expect fancy furniture; utensils are usually soaked in hot water in a glass
- Diners are mostly Filipino and Filipino-Chinese
